To determine if the students learned from my presentation of sustainable foods, I compared the score of the pre and post-test.  I found that on average, there was a 20% increase in score from the pre and post-test.  On the pre-test, there was only 2 students with a 100%, and in the post-test, there was 8 students with a 100%.  The increase in scores shows that the students were able to engage during my presentation and learn.  Based on this data, more lessons of Food Sustainability should be presented to elementary schools across Hawaii.
